San Diego Rescue Mission

San Diego Rescue Mission

Non-profit

Mission Statement

Our goal is to change the state of homelessness in San Diego County, one life at a time.

We work to get people off the streets permanently by lovingly addressing the needs of men, women and children experiencing homelessness and providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery.

About

Since 1955, the San Diego Rescue Mission has been providing meals, shelter, clothing, education and job-skills training for men, women, and single parents with children experiencing homelessness.

Serving San Diego County at multiple locations, we help restore the lives of people experiencing homelessness, abuse, poverty or addiction through emergency services, a faith-based residential rehabilitation program, children’s services, hunger relief efforts and community outreach.

You make this ministry possible! Your support fuels our outreach, changing the state of homelessness in San Diego one life at a time!

Please note that we are unable to work with court-mandated volunteers at this time.
